EthicalFeel.com is a new Rental Cottage Service. We are not agents, we do not own or manage the rental homes you will find on this site. Our job is to show homes direct to you, and ensure that you can make a reservation directly with each Home Owner.

For Visitors - we intend to make EthicalFeel.com THE place to source your next Rental Home. We intend to show you the best Rental Homes available, for a variety of budgets, throughout the UK. We provide quality information, photos and Virtual Tours, of each Home. The site is easy to use and navigate, and because you are dealing direct with the owners, the best rate is assured.

For Home Owners - This site allows you to make a FULL listing of your property details. You may list up to 2 properties for FREE. All enquiries will come directly to you. We take no commission or ask for any payment. You can display 4 pictures of your home, your own website link, the contact form goes DIRECTLY to YOUR EMAIL. 

Properties can be searched and sorted by many means, thus making a great experience for visitors. All this is inclusive and FREE!

We do offer some upgrades to your listings as shown below:

• If you have more than 2 properties, you may list those too. We do make a small charge per extra property.
• Each page carries a FEATURED LISTING section. The properties in that listing section will ALWAYS be returned at the top of the listings. General FREE listings which are not 'Featured', are returned in the search results in a random order. A small subscription to become a FEATURED property, will ensure that your place is on the first page of searches. Also, FEATURED LISTINGS, are shown in rotation  on the home page of the site - that will give you great EXTRA exposure.If you have Virtual Tour images of your property, you can add those too. Virtual Tour use is included with all  Featured Properties at no extra cost.  An added feature of the search pages is that viewers can search for homes that have Virtual Tours. If you do not have a Virtual Tour - we can arrange that for you through our sister site of www.virtualtour360.com
